The Whitewater Cabin
$215/night + Tax
(Based on Double Occupancy)
6 Guests
(Maximum Occupancy)
The White Water is a 650sq. ft. cabin with two covered decks and one and half bathrooms. This cabin is handicap accessible and features two queen beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in living area. The White Water also has a full kitchen with stove, microwave, BBQ, and air conditioning. This is our largest cabin on the property.
The river access features over a mile of riverfront for fishing. It’s a large band in the river that has created a large deep fishing hole. There are also many rock features creating abundant holes for trout to blend with their surroundings. Swimmers will enjoy the sandy beaches along with the slow-moving backwater that lays along what we refer to as the park area. For those looking to stretch their legs, we keep some mowed paths along the spring-fed creek. For a bit more challenging hike there is an island that can be accessed from our property with abundant trails and river views.
Please Note: Rooms Do Not Have WiFi. Cell service is strong across the property and devices/hotspot can be used for internet access.
Yellowstone River Lodge Policies (Please Read)
All guests must be registered with the Yellowstone River Lodge per our no-hosting policy. We ask that you request approval from management before inviting anyone to the premises for any activity, including swimming, fishing, etc. This is out of respect for the peaceful setting that our guests stay here to experience.
Reservations made within 14 days must be paid in full at the time of reservation. A 50% deposit is required on all other reservations with the balance due upon arrival. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance if there is a possibility that you may fail to meet our cancelation policy as this is unfortunately non-negotiable.
All reservations made 48 hours prior to arrival must be confirmed by phone (406-322-8474).
You are responsible for the entire time reserved. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Any unregistered guests or pets will be charged an additional fee. We reserve the right to charge for any excessive cleaning or damage.
Please note: the Yellowstone River is a scenic and wild river, please exercise caution while recreating in or near the river.
Cancellations
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly! A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space due to our remote location. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Your deposit, less a 20% processing fee per cabin booked will be happily refunded if the cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Any cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the reservation date are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure. No-shows or early departures will be charged 100% of the cost for any affected days. Cancellations due to inclement weather or changes in flight schedules are subject to penalties stated above. Re-scheduling a reservation will result in a $50.00 change fee regardless of the reason for rescheduling.
Note: You cannot cancel a reservation online. Cancellations must be made directly at 406-322-8474 or via email at yrlmontana@gmail.com.
All guides are required to check in upon arrival. A take-out fee will apply for any guided river activity.
An additional charge of $400.00 will be charged for any guests smoking in the rooms.

“What a fabulous setting for a weekend getaway – or a whole year. We enjoyed our night here more than we could have possibly imagined. Thank you so much.”
“We’ve been to Tetons, Yellowstone, and are now on our way to Glacier. This was just a quick stop but such a great one! It’s a beautiful house with an awesome view and setting. We all had the best time relaxing here and enjoying the Montana views! Thanks for everything!”
“I can’t praise this lodge enough. Our stay there was one of our best nights in Montana. The owner was in construction before building and opening his lodge and cabins and it shows. We stayed in the lodge because the cabins were already booked, but our room was very tastefully decorated, had incredible views out of floor to ceiling windows in the back and while not huge was very well designed. We had drinks first out on our little porch and then took everything down to the river where they had four groups of tables and chairs. The lodge is only four rooms and was very quiet when we were there. I would highly recommend this lodge if you want to experience the beautiful scenery in a high-quality room.”
